Mindfulness Tai Chi Class
Time: Wednesdays, 5-6 pm
Class description: Uncovering calm and ease through simple repetitions of movements from Cheng Man-Ch'ing's Yang-Style form. Join us for this time of quieting the mind and relaxing the body. Also includes some traditional sitting, standing, and walking meditation.
