Tuesdays

The SuperKid Game          (Ages 8 - 10) 
Tuesdays, 4:15 - 5:15 pm

In the SuperKid Game, students develop self-awareness and efficient coordination of the "core" muscles of the body. This is crucial preparation for the martial art of Tai Chi and for optimal performance in any physical activity.     More>>

Adventure-Wise Storytime          (Ages 8 - 10) 
Tuesdays, 5:15 - 5:45 pm     

We will be finishing the SuperKid Tai Chi Storybook, Book I: Nature's Challenge, on the Tai Chi Classics and Newtonian physics. Then onto Socrates and the Thinking PictureBook with drawing and meditation activities.

Wednesdays

Mindfulness Tai Chi Class          (Adult)
Wednesdays, 5 - 6 pm

Uncovering calm and ease through simple repetitions of movements from Cheng Man-Ch'ing's Yang-Style form. Join us for this time of quieting the mind and body.    More>>

SuperKid Tai Chi II         (Ages 8 - 10) 
Thursdays, 4:15 - 5:45 pm

Monthly Tai Chi intensives that build on SuperKid Tai Chi I. September: Sword (hand-fan) Intensive. October: Bare-Hands Intensive with emphasis on punches & kicks. November: Push-Hands Intensive. Accompanied by tales from The SuperKid Tai Chi StoryBook, Book II: Zhuan and the Old Master on Taoist philosophy and optimal action.    More>>

Tai Chi Leadership Intensives
by invitation and appointment

Students learn how to apply the deeper principles of Tai Chi to the art of instructing and leading others. Leaders must have attended at least 10 SuperKid Tai Chi classes. For Wuwei Unlimited Family Pass members.

by invitation and appointment

What's it going to be? SuperX students are dedicated and creative SuperKids who get to play an active role in what and how I teach. Together we explore what is possible! For Wuwei Unlimited Family Pass members.

 

Private Lessons

Private Lessons at the Wuwei Princeton Family Studio

Students are encouraged to make the most of the available group and semi-private lessons. Special priority is given to children who need the supplementary support of private lessons. Adult students may be interested to inquire about coaching sessions in "pre-Tai Chi," advanced Tai Chi forms, and stress-reduction from the philosophical Taoist/Tai Chi tradition.      More>>
